Now i am proud
Today i had to present mine, in front of the rest of the managers and bosses.... Well 2 off my improvement points reached the highest score, and became nr.1... 
I am soooo happy with this result. The next step is that i can start working making my improvements ready for the rest of the devision i work for (400 workers). This must be my lucky day. |

I work in a big warehouse for a supermarket chain. I am 1 of the managers there who are leading a team of workers. I do anything, from planning, financial issues, problemsolving etc. 1 of the new improvements will be to make a programm for new workers, in wich we can train them up, in all departments in the company. I am the only woman-boss there in a mans world with loads of nationality's. That means speaking dutch/english and polish. |
