frustrating evening
She said she was sorry but she had been sick. She asked me for my information when I set the date. I know people get sick but a phone call would have been nice. I am just venting. Other than an overly long car ride which Harry doesn't like he seems to have survived the ordeal. |

| There isn't a single Missouri evaluator listed on the TDI website. So we drove to Illinois. After I pressed this lady tonight for the name of another person at least as "close" she gave me the name of a Missouri lady. I called that lady but she said her registration as an evaluator expires in January and she is not planning on renewing. After some conversation with her I asked if she would administer the test if I could get 4-6 dogs to take the test. So I am going to look into that possibility. On Monday I am going to contact TDI to see if they have any other Missouri evaluators not listed on their website. I would like to make Harry a therapy dog and in that quest I may have to go back to the Illinois lady. So I guess for now all I can do is vent my frustration to the wonderful people on this forum.

That's horrible! I am a TDI evaluator - just pop on up here and be tested. 
I have the list for evaluators in MN, WI and IL -at home. (I'm at work.) Let me know if I can help you. Don't let one crappy person discourage you. I've done TDI with several dogs over the last 20 yrs and it is a great activity. Our previous OES Ollie was a therapy dog, and we plan on testing Chewie too. My basset Simon is my current therapy dog - such a ham! PS - your card is great! |

Is there a fee to have the TDI evaluation done? If so, then I would get her to waive that in lieu of Petrol & drive for the inconvience she has caused you if you do decide to go back. What's wrong with a telephone call prior, to change the dates instead of putting you through all that. It really SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I have been trying to get Bing to handling class and have only made one because they aren't consistent with the time. Two hours down the drain driving there and then back with noone at the club. I'm sorry! It would be ESPECIALLY frustrating if it was a test . . .  |
