I think I did worse today with the leftovers than yesterday. Yesterday, I was SO good ...for the most part. I will work it off this weekend. Well, that's the plan. We'll see how it goes!!!! |
I'm actually doing better. I think it was Tuesday night that I ate 3 candy bars and 8 cookies. Needless to say I was annoyed with myself and since then haven't had any cookies (my most fave treat) or candy. I'm happy with sugar-free pudding!
I decided today I'm only making a batch of fudge for Christmas. No cookies, no nothing else. It's no fun making stuff if I can't share with my mom. |

I'm still stomping Flamenco is great for stress-- let the floor take the stress Continuing to be saintly , had salmon with salad for lunch, small cup of chili and salad for dinner. Raked 10,000 leaves today. Tomorrow Nia class and more angelic meals. |

I had 2 pkgs of oatmeal for breakfast. Very bad and had a bar of chocolate for lunch. Then another later on. For dinner, I made jerusalem chicken with salad. It was so good. My portion sizes are all whacked up. I know what I should have. My stomach always begs for more. I plan on getting on the treadmill tomorrow morning. |
