However, I've been looking for some good recipes, easy to make stuff that my kids will eat and I will enjoy too (for a change). Of course whenever I think of a good homecooked meal, I think old fashioned, family suppers. Using that to search I found what I think is a fantastic website. A ton of recipes, well organized.... http://www.seedsofknowledge.com/recipes.html |

OOh Kraft has some great recipes too and you can sign up to receive their magazine...I think it comes out quarterly. I also get their emails. All the recipes are really easy....I too HATE to cook but there have been some really good ones I have tried from Kraft.
Here is the link for the Canadian site....www.kraftcanada.com |
Yums! Of course the Watkins ad on the side helped too. Loved the Watkins man!
You know I checked out the Greek recipes there. All fine. Funny happed a few days ago. We have a big Holiday dinner this coming weekend and our usual cook up and quit last week, leaving us high and dry to feed 260 people. We of the philanthopic ladies group decided we could do the cooking..........hahaha. Ever get a group of 8 Greek ladies together, 6 of whom are from the old country(s) and try to decide on recipes? You think there are regional differences in BBQ here, try coming up with a single recipe for moussaka! Plus it has to be vegetarian to honor the Christmas fast. I keep my mouth shut and saute onions. s. |
