What is everyone's favorite christmas cookie? My personal favorite are Cream Wafers. they're actually a teackae that my family makes every year... yummy festively colored powdered sugar (almost like icing) filling, stuffed between 2 airy butter based wafers drizzled with sugar. They're a pain in the tail to make, but oh so delicious!!! |

Try this with a mini reese's cup - even better!! My favorite is Lace cookies, but my family loves my chocolate chip. Vic took a few dozen to work last week and they were gone before noon. I took that as a great compliment. I have an old recipe for what we called Rocks. They might be a local thing, I don't know. Love them! If anyone is interested in the lace recipe I'll post it. They are very delicate and melt in your mouth. Shellie |

Ummmmmmmmmmm, can you stomp one footed? ALTHOUGH with enough wine my foot would most likely not hurt (medicinal use of course). |
