1/2 cup finely chopped green onions 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 tub (or bar) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (250g) 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled 1 pkg. (300g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained To make this recipe lazy, I used Pilsbury Crescent roll dough instead of Phyllo pastry, but you could probably use any kind of fresh or frozen puff pastry. Half of the above filling was plenty of filling for 1 roll of Pilsbury Crescent dough. I just rolled it out flat, stuffed then folded over to make a big square/rectangular pocket full of the filling. Bake at 300 F until golden. Make sure the dough is pretty golden so the filling is cooked all the way through. Slice and enjoy! This was delicious and would work in any sort of shape - a roll you could slice or individual pieces, etc. |

Sounds very yummy! |
I agree. I will try it! |
I'd probably go ahead and saute the onions while I messed with the dough, but otherwise, looks like tomorrow's dinner to me! |
How did you like it Sheepieboss? |
