Those are mine. I decided that since Suzi was officially a champion, she should go into celebrity mode. They really looked quite nice on her and kept the paparazzi in their place. I know Mandy would be very upset if I didn't give myself credit for carrying around her bucket of grooming supplies and collecting ribbons for her as she got in and out the ring. She really couldn't have done it without me. 
In all seriousness, Mandy is awesome with Suzi and she should be so proud of all the success she's had. After spending the weekend with them, Mandy works so hard and is so dedicated to showing. She's out there every weekend, without fail, and has taken the time to learn not only all the stuff related to showing but everything about the breed, including breeding and health issues. I highly recommend that anyone who is either new to the show world or thinking of showing themselves, go spend a weekend with someone like Mandy. The work involved is staggering. They don't hand you championships on a platter and you're not going to get where Mandy is by going to a show every once in awhile. She knows her stuff and it takes a really talented and dedicated person to do what she does. |

Delilah and I just 'flew in" from Canada and the Show of Shows...... that was a fantastic event ! There were 4 OES out of the 8 that had BIS this year in Canada...... They had a fantastic DJ.......... and all of the dogs looked wonderful. Ali |

| Mandy you have done so well, we are so
proud of you. Suzi is a very special girl, but mostly because of you. Congrats - you earned it. You only have to walk around and watch people at a dogshow to see how great Mandy is at this. She is so even and nothing seems to frazzle her. The other people are stressed and edgy, overly fussing with the dogs, biting other people's heads off, but not Mandy. She is something else. I've been stressing for days to who "mandy" was. Don't we have usernames here?! I feel bad I don't know who it is. I know there had to be other people who are just throwing out a Congrats to an unknown user... 
I was hoping she would post on this thread, so I've been waiting before i said congrats to the owner of Suzi. She looks so pretty! So, I finally decided to backtrack and found out we must be talking about Maxmm. Phewwwwww!! Now, I can say.. Congrats!!!! |

Great memory Paula! Suzi & Frank actually are not related at all if you can believe that coming from the same kennel. Suzi's sire is Ch To-Jo Sun Beam Over Misty Mtn (Beamer), who is producing some amazing puppies out there in sheepdog world right now with different kennels. Suzi is much smaller than Frank in comparison too. |
