Yes, her second son is only 2 months old. I heard on E! that she had a solid prenup and wasn't planning on providing spousal support. If I was her, I'd be so embarrassed that I made a song called "Oops, I Did it Again".  |
| Amanda, you're such a smart a**!!! HA HA! I heard he will get between 10 - 15 million. 2 babies in 2 years. That's a hell of a stud fee!!! Thoses celebrities really make me sick. I think the worst were Charlie Sheen and his playboy wife, Denise somebody, who divorced when she was about 6 months pregnant. Don't they take anything seriously? (Ok, I'll get off my soapbox now.) |
| Funny thing is, I remember Britney originally didn't want to have a prenup. Her parents/lawyers convinced her that she needed to sign a prenup. Good thing she did!

| Britney supposedly has an iron clad prenup...so Kevin will only get what was agreed to before they married. She also wants custody of the kids, but will give him visitation rights. |

| I think he's brilliant.
It's the girls that are stupid. He gets fame, people know his name, produce a CD, rolls in tv AND movies that he wouldn't have w/o Britney, and will always live better now because of her. He's not a guy who cares about how many kids he produces, and I don't see a reason he has to! He's got the women to take care of them! That's not right, but I don't see how he loses in this situaton. If he cared, he would have calmed down when Britney took away his car, complained about his partying, complained about him spending money, alcohol, and cigs inside of the house. |

Britney got a lot of bad press with the first baby... driving with him on her lap, front-facing car seat and I think there were a couple other "incidents". Kevin's lawyers could turn that into a case for her being a "bad mother".... but then Britney's lawyers could do the same for his drinking, smoking, partying, etc. This one will be fun for the lawyers, that's for sure! |

| Ohhh noooo, Darcy; he'd love that. The kids would be entitled to be raised according to the income of their mother, and if that means pulling KFed along into a Beverly Hills mansion with them, that's what it will mean... millions a year in child support.

He saw his meal ticket. I heard on the nradio this morning she cut off his cell phone and credit cards. LOL. He was also seen with his entourge at a restuarant (which was a compt meal) order tons of food and booze asking for it to go and he was trying to sneak the booze bottles out of the resturuant. What a loser. |
