| Oh I am sooo excited for you!? I know how you feel for I was going through the same thing just little over a month ago! What an amazing litter! half and half! Wow! Hey, did you get a chance to look at your other post about the names? I came up with about 10! he he he Don't know if you decided on one yet. Keep us posted! Do you have any preference on the color patterns? I wanted for my girl to have one or two black ears.

| Sky is 4 weeks old today!
I STILL haven't decided for sure which one to get. It is between two of the girls with black ears right now, one of them has two black ears with the black coming up over the top of the head, and the other has two black ears and a black eye! But, I finally decided on a registered name. Tasia Hills Evening Sky. I think it kind of goes with Dancer's registered name, Tasia Hills Dancing Light. |
| Well, Sky is now 5 weeks old.... and I STILL don't know for sure which one I am getting. The one I wanted was chosen by the breeder, so I think I'm getting the other one I liked, but I'm not sure I should pick her as she is slightly smaller. She has a beautiful conformation (head and body shape) as well as a nice temperment (they all do), but I wonder if I should pick a bigger pup since I plan on eventually breeding her. Out of the pups I have to choose from I know there are two I don't want, one has an all white head and one blue/one brown eye. The other has more black than I would like, though she is a beautiful pup and the shape of her head and body may be the best I've seen. There are two for me to choose from that I would consider for show and breeding. The smaller one, and another girl with 2 black ears, but very little black on her ears. For me, the temperment and health is first, but they are all sweethearts, so I have to next choose based on what I think will do the best in the show ring and what will likely be best for breeding. The little girl with a smaller amount of black on her ears is cute, but I like well defined pigment. The one with gorgeous coloring is the one that is a little small, but she has the best head shape, nice short muzzle, well spaced eyes, ears in just the right spot etc. And she is very square and compact, exactly to standard. She will probably catch up when she doesn't have to get food among 9 other hungry pups right? The fact that she is not dominant enough to shove her way in for food is probably a good thing, her and Dancer will probably get along better right? I'm just kind of thinking out loud so to speak, any oppinions out there? |

And Pirate is gorgeous too.... However, although I love the whiteheads with blue eyes, the problem with them for breeding is that they tend to throw pups with odd markings, splashes of white within the black. Also, even though there have been no cases of deafness or blindness in these lines, it could happen if I were to breed a female that had too much white, or two or one blue eyes. If I were to make sure to use a male with lots of color I could reduce the risk, but not eliminate it. She is cute though, but I would prefer two eyes of the same color as well. I would love to have a blue eyes sheepie, I love the ones with the stunning bright blue, but not so much when they are a light whitish blue. |

Out of these five pups which would each of you choose? The one with the most black on top of her head was my first choice, but is spoken for. All these pups are sold, but I need to make a decision. (insert pic please )
Personalities are all different, but all have wonderful temperments. The first on the left is quiet and sucky, but is the more dominant pup out of the girls. The second from the left is the whiteheaded girl with one blue eye one brown eye (gorgeous like Pirate  ) She is the princess of the group. Literally. The third pup from the left is my second pick I think, she has 2 black ears and her right eye is black as well, very cute. She is not dominant, but not overly submissive either, I think a good playmate for Dancer. 4th from the left is an absolutely stunning pup, and is quite a character, clownish, but a big suck too. She has more black than I like, but who knows. The last pup I think is cute, she has 2 black ears, but not a lot of black. I think she is the more submissive out of the pups, but I'm not sure as I haven't discussed this pup in particular very much with the breeder. |

| Is that the picture you sent me? I didn't think she had an all white head. Oh, and the eyes too. She sounds lovely. Now I wouldn't want to be mean to anyone, BUT you COULD email me the picture so that I can look and drool! LOL Stormi and co.
Oh and Pirate, I LOVE your name! ALL of it. When I first heard Pirate though, I figured it was because he had a "patch" of black over one eye. LOL You are most certainly handsome! Stormi and co. |

| Madame! I always knew I had "power" but now I know for sure (or is it just charm?) Your new lass sounds lovely. I'd like a picture, too, so I can frame it and put it in my crate.  My mama's email is: debcram@yahoo.com Stormi, my dear...my formal name comes from my being a Whitehead, and my mama and daddy like to hang out in Key West, Fl. Two main streets there are Whitehead and Duval. Pirate comes from not only being a rebel Captain, but my brown eye is *SO* dark it looks black. When you can see my (incredibly handsome) eyes, it looks as though I have a patch on one. Congrats Willowsprite! Pirate (gee I'm glad mama taught me to type!)
