| Please tell me what usually happens with the list? Does everyone agree to send out a x-mas card to each person on the list and are they usually picture cards in which your sheepie is included or is it any kind of card?
Or is this an electronic type where we send them via e-mail? |
| Essentially, you send a card of some sort to everyone on the list, and everyone sends one to you. Of course some people end up forgetting or not having time to do it because there were people who were on the list that never sent cards, but that just happens...
As far as what to send... you send whatever you want Some people sent a piece of paper they printed off the computer that said Merry Christmas. Some sent a Christmas Card not-related to animals. Some included a picture of their sheepies and/or other dogs OR their family. Some sent sheepie cards. Most sent a postcard that was personalized with their sheepie on it. There are 100 places that will do this for you too. |
| The list I send out will have only regular snail-mail addresses, not email addresses. I am the only one who will know the email addresses, and that's because that's how I will send the list to everyone. Didn't think everyone would want their email address publicly passed around.

Gee, I wonder where you can get Sheepdog cards....
I got a lot of beautiful cards that people took of themselves with their OES, and it was like a photo card!!! Believe me when I say it's a load of fun. Every day a new card or two would arrive in the mail...and it was all OES! Gotta love it. It's great seeing people getting together like that during the holidays. Once again, it's that "warm and fuzzy feeling" I just can't get enough of.

| Just thought I'd let you all know that the post office (Canada Post anyway) has a list of when to send by for each country.
For those of us in Canada, in order for people to recieve their cards by xmas you need to send by: (from all locations in Canada ) Letters, Cards & Parcels BY SURFACE Small Packages & Parcels Africa Oct. 13 Asia Oct. 20 Australia Oct. 20 Caribbean Oct. 27 Central/South America Oct. 20 Europe Oct. 27 Middle East Oct. 13 New Zealand Oct. 13 U.S.A. | Wow, that's so soon for you guys. That's definitely not my experience where we live. At least within the US, parcel mail runs at a normal speed up until the 1st-2nd week of Dec. ...but I bet I've been lucky. Then you have to pay for the next level up (2-3 day), and that arrives on time. |

| Ann, we usually don't start this early either, but because of how long it takes to send cards to different countries, I issued the list early. But no matter when we get the cards, it will be GREAT!! |

Hi Ann, This year I am ahead of schedule, so all of our international cards were mailed today. Hopefully it will reach you at the Holidays! |
