| I liked it. BUT (and I know some Lost fans will get mad at me and say this is the best part of the show...) I am kinda ready for a few answers to things. Or partial answers. They keep throwing in these new twists and turns (which I like!) but it'd be nice to have something a little more solved... |

| After all the waiting, I thought it was pretty weak. It would've been nice for a 2 hour season premiere. I wonder what the next two weeks of "unpleasantness" are going to consist of for Jack, Kate and Sawyer? |
| Based on what they've done to them so far, it seems like the 2 weeks of unpleasantness might be a barrage of psychological experiment-type things.
I agree...a 2-hour premiere would have been nice. This one was kind of like, hey, we're back...nothing special... |

| Okay - this is going back a ways, but I just started watching the DVDs for Season 1 & 2 a few weeks ago. I'm caught up now and I've got a question.
Why do you think they let us know that Libby was in the asslyum with Hurley if they were just going to kill her off in the next episode?  |
| They'll still link her in somehow. There are speculations on the board that she was part of Dharma and her meeting Desmond and Hurley was a way to get them onto the island in the first place.
I know they were planning on killing off Michelle Rodriguez but I believe Libby's character was sort of rushed to her death due to the DUI thing that happened in real life. |

Agreed. I enjoy not knowing everything. It makes watching them more than once really interesting because you're always looking for new things. It's fun now knowing what's going on because when things do come together, it's all the more exciting! |

Will the season run all the way through then? We only get 6 episodes, then 13 weeks off, then the last 7. I can't believe that we're going to have to wait over 3 months in between. That's nuts! |

I watched the first two seasons and the first three episodes this season sans commercials or waiting. Even having to wait a few days for this week's episode is torture.  |

I started on Season 1 DVDs around January/February and watched them all in a row and then had all of season 2 on tivo and watched those and then I was all caught up...and THEN they went on hiatus for like 2 months. And, if that wasn't bad enough, when it DID come back on, I had to deal with commercials! The execs said they are doing the season this way because so many people were complaining last year about all the reruns, so they thought this was the solution. Um, people weren't complaning because of the reruns alone, they were upset there weren't any new episodes, just like there won't be any new episodes for a long time this season. |

They will have a normal number of episodes. They are airing 6 or 7. Then breaking until February. Then airing nonstop until the season finale. This way no confusing rerun orders and things like that. |
| I'm so bummed! I loved Mr. Eko! The only reason that the smoke killed him was because it sensed weakness in him after the polar bear attack. The first time, that smoke was afraid of Mr. Eko!
I'll say one thing, I didn't see him dying like that. I really like him as an actor. I'm sorry to see him go. |

I liked him too  I don't feel they solved everything with his character, so hopefully he'll be back somehow.

| I was sorry to see Ecko die, too. I was not expecting him to go yet either. I didn't understand why his brother was not his brother in that last scene. Did you?
Very interesting what's going on with Juliet, Ben & Jack. I didn't want to believe her at first, but I think she may be on the level. |

| Boy, I think they could've done a lot better knowing that they're leaving us hanging for 3 months. Jack's totally getting screwed no matter what since he told Ben he wanted "off this island." He'll just stick him back on his own island! |

Did the spinal doctor have a thing for the girl who is locked up in a cage outside with the other guy? What happened to the asian couple that I saw in the very first episode? I haven't seen them since episode 1. Are they still around? Any stories to why the guy with the tumor is playing horrible mind games on everyone? How did he know that the guy who was a in plane wreck was a spinal doctor if they crashed on a different island? They got on the island from a plane crash, right? |

You really have to watch the other 2 seasons to understand what's going on. It's a tough show to just pick up because so much of the show is built on backstories and details from previous episodes. I read it all even though I watch all the episodes because sometimes it points out stuff that I missed. No rush on catching up fast-- you've got 3 months! |
| Okay, thanks! I had heard it was tough to just pick up before, but that was when I didn't think I'd be watching it. I hope I can get my husband into this show when he gets home because I am SO hooked. |

| The first season and probably the second season are on DVD. You could spend the next 3 months getting caught up!
I didn't watch much of the 2nd season, so maybe I'll get myself caught up in time for Feb. It's such a frustratingly addictive show. |
One of the sellers I bought Lost from, sent it to me despite saying he'd send it to Mr. J directly. Oops, guess this means I'll have to stay up all weekend and watch it, so I can send it out on monday. It'll be torture, but it's the least I can do since I'll be paying for shipping twice.   |

The sacrifice you make! Seriously, we didn't start watching until midway through last season until our friends loaned us Season 1 and we literally just watched and watched and couldn't wait to get to the next episode. I think it took us 3 days (but only because I had to go to work in between!). |

| I did the same thing. I watched season 1 in one weekend and then Season 2 the next. I couldn't stop watching! It really bites when you get caught up, though, and have to wait for another episode. |
| Well, after you're done with Season 2, you're basically caught up. They've only had the 4(?) episodes this season. You should ask around with your friends...we DVR all of them, so maybe you have friends up there with episodes just sitting around. |
