If you use talcum powder (the same as we use on babys)
an put that into the mattes then use you fingers to get it all in. then you use a pin brush carfully and you will see that the mattes will go out easy |
I will have to remember that one! mental note to self : add talcum powder to the shopping list. |
Keep the talcum powder away fromt he lungs. |
Oh, yes. I am very sensitive to powder myself. The slightest whiff and I am sneezing and sneezing. |
Does talcum powder really work? I'll have to try that... Sky has some mats on her neck that keep popping up.... |
Just this morning we found HUGE matts under Allies ears, at the bottom....Almost toward the neck. Honest, we brush this pup 2-3 times a day! How did we miss these?? I am just cutting them out, being the ear covers this area....I will try the powder for the left overs.. |
That's very interesting, Tove. I don't think I've ever heard or seen Talcum Powder mentioned in relation to getting matts out. Hmmm!! I learn something new here all the time!! |

Tray it. By the ones we use for the babys, put some into the matts then use your fingers to get it real into the matt. Brush with a pin brush and the mattes removes realy easy |
It works great to help break apart the matt.
