OES National Specialty Williamsburg Va
I am curious on how the National Specialty works, like what time does it end, bascially what happens. I am unable to find this information on the website and I would like to attend very much. Just alittle bit more information would be nice. I would be bringing a special guest (the person helping me to adopt!) and I would like to be able to give her as much info as possible. THANK YOU!
