I know Agingright, whom is recovering from surgery has mentioned Abbi hasn't left her side. Shaggy also did the same thing when my son whom was then two was recovering from surgery even tho the other times she avoided this rambunctious little toddler. Yesterday, I returned home from work and for the first time in seven weeks I didn't take the dogs immediately for a walk as I wasn't feeling well. I decided to lay down on the Futon in the room Panda was in, as he had been by himself. (still don't want to leave all three dogs in the house unsupervised.) Instead of his usual wiggly self when I arrived he seemed to sense I wasn't feeling that great. Sat calmly by the Futon and then rested his head on the edge just watching me with adoring eyes. Against my better judgement I motioned he could come up and he didn't hesitate. Almost cuddling in my arms he placed his big paw around me and we were like that when I awoke 2 hours later. What a sweetie pie he is!!! Except for the face wash it was really comforting to have this warm beast snuggling up to me. Gotta love a Sheepie!! Marianne |
